Refund policy

Defects and/or wrong items delivered

  • We apologise for any defects or mistakes made in the shipping of your orders. Please be assured that we will do all we can to rectify the mistake.
  • For customers who find any defects in their items or receive a wrong item in your parcel, please drop us an e-mail at customer@firststitch.co with your order confirmation number and attach clear pictures of the defect or wrong item. Our customer service officers endeavour to be in touch with you within 1-2 working days to resolve the issue.

Exchanges

  • We accept exchanges of items* only if they are unworn, unwashed, unaltered, unscented and with its tags in tact within 14 days of purchase. 
  • *Sales items, items bought with discount codes, intimates, swimwear, sportswear, accessories and bags cannot be exchanged or refunded.
  • For all exchanges, please visit our store in Tiong Bahru and bring along the item you wish to exchange, as well as your order confirmation e-mail or receipt. We understand that this may be inconvenient, but this would allow our staff to assist you in finding the most suitable item and ensure that you are satisfied with the purchase.
  • Do note that our sales staff may not be able to provide the exchange if you do not have the receipt or order confirmation with you as they will not be able to identify the order.
