Orders & Shipping

All domestic orders will be dispatched within 1-2 working days of your order being placed.

For large items such as bags or shoes, additional shipping fees may apply.

Please ensure that your delivery address is valid. Should the delivery be unsuccessful, your parcel will be returned to First Stitch and redelivery will be chargeable.

Redelivery charges are $5 per order for standard delivery and $6 for express delivery.

For Click & Collect in Store, the items will be prepared and brought to the store within 2-3 working days. We will drop you an e-mail when it is ready for collection. Our address is 58 Seng Poh Road #01-21 Singapore 160058 and we are open Mondays 8.30am to 4pm, Tuesdays to Sundays, 8.30am to 5.30pm.

For exchanges, you may bring them back to our store to do so. You can read more about our exchange policy here.

International Orders
